Before you start
Have your private Nimzo subscription ready on your iPhone or iPad. INCY is a separate client and does not supply Nimzo servers or access.
Check compatibility and availability in your App Store region before starting. The linked listing specifies iOS 15 or iPadOS 15 and later; consult its current requirements for your device.
Your subscription URL is a credential. Anyone who receives it may be able to use your access. Keep it out of screenshots, public chats, browser searches and shared clipboard history. If exposed, ask Nimzo support to replace it.
Based on official client documentation. Controls and operating-system prompts can differ between versions.
Open the genuine INCY App Store listing
Follow the iOS App Store link from INCY’s official website, or use the listing linked below. Confirm that you are installing INCY rather than a similarly named app. Store availability varies by region.
Installing this independent client does not activate a subscription. You still need the Nimzo access details provided separately.

Import the subscription supplied by Nimzo
Open the private Nimzo setup message. If it offers an INCY import link, use that actual link and confirm INCY as the receiving app. Otherwise copy the complete subscription URL and use INCY’s link or subscription import control.
INCY describes URL, QR-code and deep-link imports on its official site. Choose a method supported by your installed version and the details Nimzo actually supplied. Button labels vary. Do not paste the credential into a third-party converter or invent an import link. Confirm that the imported server list appears.
Allow the trusted app to add its VPN configuration
Choose a Nimzo server and start the connection. iOS or iPadOS may request permission to add a VPN configuration. Allow this only when you have just requested the connection in the genuine INCY app; complete any device authentication locally.
Review any routing exclusions in the client. Disconnect other VPN clients before checking. If a work or school profile restricts VPN configurations, ask the administrator; do not remove management controls.
Check the connection on your own networks
Compare public IP results before and after connecting. Then follow the IP, DNS and IPv6 checklist. Repeat on Wi-Fi and cellular data where your device supports it.
Lock and unlock the device and check again. The VPN indicator is useful status information, but it does not establish how every app or every IP version is routed. Test the applications and network conditions you actually use.
Finish with a check
A connected badge is only the beginning.
Compare your public IP, inspect DNS results and check IPv6 separately before relying on the setup.

INCY is unavailable in your store
Check your App Store region and the official INCY listing. Do not install a random configuration profile or use an unofficial download as a substitute. Ask Nimzo support about supported options for your device.
Import opens the browser or shows no servers
Ensure INCY is installed, then use the original provider link again or its supported clipboard import. Copy the full URL without surrounding message text. Confirm your access is active before reimporting; never post the URL to ask others to diagnose it.
VPN permission is denied or connection drops
Check for another active VPN and any device-management restrictions. Try another supplied server and compare Wi-Fi with cellular data. Report your iOS version, client version and visible error privately; redact credentials from screenshots.
