Nimzo provides digital subscription access. This policy explains our service refund process without limiting any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Try the service first
New accounts can activate a free three-day trial with 10 GB of traffic. Test the connection on your own device and network before purchasing a longer period.
When a refund applies
If the service does not work and support cannot resolve the issue, we refund the unused remainder of the paid subscription period. Days already used are not refundable under this policy.
For a duplicate charge or an uncredited payment, contact support with the payment reference or receipt so the transaction can be checked. Support will confirm the appropriate correction or refund.
How to request a refund
- Open support in the official Nimzo bot or web app using the account that made the purchase.
- Describe the issue and include the payment method, approximate date and payment reference or receipt.
- For connection problems, include your device, client, network and the affected server. Redact subscription links, passwords and full payment-card details.
- Support will confirm the reviewed amount, refund method and expected processing time. Payment-provider and bank processing times can vary.
Limits and cancellation
Days already used are not refundable under this policy, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. A particular website, streaming service, game or network route is not guaranteed.
Turn off auto-renewal in subscription settings to stop future renewal from your internal balance. Access remains available until the paid period expires. Turning off renewal does not itself submit a refund request.
Contact support if you want the unused period reviewed. Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising payment-dispute or other rights available under applicable law.
