Use Nimzo for your own lawful internet activity. These rules protect other users, the network and third parties.
Your subscription
One paid subscription covers up to three simultaneous devices with unlimited traffic. The subscription link grants access to your account’s servers: keep it private and use the device manager to replace an old device.
Prohibited activity
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing or fraud.
- Attacking, scanning or probing systems without the owner’s authorization.
- Distributing malware or unlawful material, including material that infringes others’ rights.
- Reselling access, publishing a subscription link or sharing it with other people.
- P2P or torrent traffic, which Nimzo does not support.
Network limits
The service offers a VPN route, not a promise that every website or platform will accept it. Streaming services, games and other destinations can restrict VPN addresses.
Check that your client routes the intended traffic through the tunnel. Traffic outside the tunnel is not protected by the VPN connection.
Restrictions and support
We may restrict access when these rules are breached, when activity harms the service or others, or when required by law. Any refund request is reviewed under the refund policy and applicable mandatory rights.
If you think access was restricted by mistake, contact support from the account that owns the subscription. Do not post your subscription link or payment details publicly.
