These terms govern access to the Nimzo VPN service through getnimzo.app, our Telegram bot and our web app. Review them before purchasing or activating a subscription.
What you are buying
Nimzo provides digital access to VPN servers for the subscription period you select. You receive a personal subscription link to import into a supported third-party client. No physical goods are delivered.
Paid access includes unlimited traffic and up to three devices at the same time. P2P and torrent traffic are not supported. A dedicated connection, static IP address or guaranteed speed is not included.
Trial and prices
A new account can activate one free trial lasting three days with 10 GB of traffic. No payment card is required for the trial.
The current subscription price, currency, duration and available payment methods are displayed in the bot or web app before you confirm a purchase. Review that information before paying.
Payment and delivery
Payments are made through the official bot or web app. You can add funds to your internal balance and use that balance to purchase or renew a subscription. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
A balance top-up and a subscription purchase are separate actions. After the purchase is confirmed, your subscription and its connection link are available in your account. If a payment is missing, contact support with its reference or receipt.
Third-party payment providers process transactions under their own terms. Never send payment-card details or your subscription link in a public chat.
Renewal and cancellation
If auto-renewal is enabled, renewal uses your internal balance. You can disable it in the subscription settings. If auto-renewal is off, or the balance is insufficient, access ends when the paid period expires.
Disabling renewal does not remove the remainder of a paid period. Cancellation and refund requests are handled as described in the refund policy.
Your account
Keep your sign-in method and personal subscription link secure. Use the account associated with your purchase when asking about a payment or subscription.
The subscription is for your own devices. Do not publish the link, sell access or share it with others. Remove an old device in the web app when you need to free a device slot.
Use and availability
Follow the service rules and the laws that apply to you. Access may be restricted for abuse, a breach of these rules or a legal requirement. Where practical, support will contact the account owner about a restriction.
Availability depends on your network, device, client, server and destination. Maintenance, outages and third-party restrictions can interrupt access. Nimzo does not guarantee a particular destination, video quality, latency or speed.
Up to 2.5 Gbps describes host bandwidth, not an individual user’s connection. A VPN does not make you anonymous or exempt you from your internet provider’s terms.
Privacy and third-party clients
Our privacy policy explains account information and website campaign attribution. Happ and INCY are independent clients, with their own terms and privacy policies. Nimzo supplies the subscription, not the client software.
Changes and your rights
The current terms and their update date are published on this page. Changes do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase or any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support if a change affects your subscription.
