VPN traffic

We do not store VPN traffic information for analytics or other purposes. Advertising campaign measurement concerns visits to our landing page and web app, not the traffic you send through the VPN.

This does not make a VPN an anonymity guarantee. Your device, sign-ins, the websites you visit and independent client software have their own privacy implications.

Account and service information

Running a subscription requires information associated with your account, such as your sign-in identifier, subscription period, balance, payment references and registered devices. We use this information to provide access, handle payments and answer account questions.

If you contact support, we receive the messages and attachments you choose to send. Avoid sharing passwords, full card details or the personal subscription link in screenshots.

Website and campaign attribution

Visits to the Nimzo landing page and web app are measured for advertising campaign analytics. Campaign links can contain UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers. These concern visits to our own web properties, not VPN activity.

On this landing page, accepted campaign parameters are held in browser memory. Choosing “Remember campaign source” allows local browser storage for up to 30 days after the latest campaign visit. You can disable it under Campaign preferences in the footer. Disabling it removes the stored attribution.

Google Tag Manager (container GTM-5PXNV4XP) loads when a production page opens and can run configured Google Analytics tags. Google receives technical request data, such as IP address, browser/device information, page URLs and campaign parameters. Analytics storage is denied until you enable Google analytics cookies in Campaign preferences. Google tags may send cookieless measurement signals while storage is denied. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalization remain denied. The web app’s measurement is separate from this landing-page preference.

The site stores your analytics-cookie choice under nimzo.analytics-consent.v1 and an explicit light or dark theme choice under nimzo-theme. Theme defaults to your system preference and follows system changes until you choose a manual theme. Choose System again to clear the manual override. Clearing browser storage removes these saved preferences. Ordinary use of the landing page does not create a VPN connection.

Providers and disclosures

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes request information, such as IP addresses and HTTP request metadata, to deliver and protect it. Telegram processes bot interactions under its own policy. Payment providers process checkout information under the terms shown during payment.

Third-party VPN clients process information according to their own policies. Review the client’s terms before installation. Nimzo does not control their software or stores.

Account information may be disclosed where necessary to deliver the service, resolve a payment or comply with a valid legal obligation. This does not create VPN traffic records that we do not retain.

Retention and your requests

We keep account, payment and support information for service provision and applicable accounting, legal and dispute requirements. The 30-day browser attribution period described above applies specifically to this landing page; it is not a claimed retention period for every platform record.

Contact support to ask what account information is held, request a correction, ask about retention or request account deletion. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner. Records required for legal or accounting obligations may need to be retained.

No internet service can promise absolute security. Keep control of your sign-in account and subscription link, and report suspected unauthorized access to support.
