Nimzo supplies a subscription for independent VPN clients. Start with the setup answers below, or contact support in the bot or web app.
Getting started
What do I need to connect?
An active Nimzo subscription, a supported client and your personal subscription link. Install the client, open your subscription in the bot or web app, and import the link. Choose a server and enable the connection in the client.
Which clients does Nimzo support?
Happ for Android, Windows and macOS, and INCY for iPhone and iPad. Download them from the developers’ official websites or stores. These are independent clients; Nimzo provides the subscription. Store availability depends on your region.
How do I add my subscription?
Use the connection action in the bot or web app to open the installed client. If it does not open, copy your personal subscription link and use the client’s import or add-subscription option. Refresh the subscription to load the server list. Never publish the link.
Is there a free trial?
A new account can activate one free trial for three days with 10 GB of traffic. No card is required.
Subscriptions and devices
What does a paid subscription include?
Unlimited traffic and up to three devices connected at the same time for the purchased period. The current price and duration are shown before payment in the bot or web app. P2P and torrent traffic are not supported.
How do I replace a device?
Use the device manager in the web app to remove an old device, then import your subscription on the new device. The same personal link is used on your own devices. Sharing it with other people is not permitted.
Does Nimzo make its own client?
No. Nimzo provides VPN server access through a subscription. Happ and INCY provide the independent software that runs on your device, under their own terms and privacy policies.
Payments, renewal and refunds
How do I buy or renew a subscription?
Open the official bot or web app, choose a subscription period and follow the available payment options. You can top up your internal balance and purchase or renew from it. Check the amount, currency and period before confirming.
Does my subscription renew automatically?
If auto-renewal is enabled, it uses your internal balance. Disable it in subscription settings if you do not want another period. Without renewal or sufficient balance, access ends when the paid period expires.
I paid, but access is not active. What should I check?
Check whether the payment added funds to your balance without purchasing a subscription. Make sure you are signed into the account used for the purchase. If the payment or subscription is still missing, send support the payment reference and receipt.
The payment page does not open. What can I try?
Try another browser or network, then reopen checkout from the official bot or web app. If payment was already taken, do not keep paying: contact support with the receipt and error details.
When can I request a refund?
If the service does not work and support cannot fix it, the unused remainder of the paid period is refundable. Days already used are not refundable under this policy, subject to mandatory consumer rights. See the refund policy for the request process.
Connection troubleshooting
The server list is empty or an old link fails.
Refresh the subscription in the client and check that it is active in your account. If necessary, remove the outdated import and add the current link again. Check the device limit before registering another device.
The VPN connects, but sites do not load.
Check client routing, refresh the subscription, disable other VPN connections and try another server. Compare Wi-Fi with mobile internet. If the issue continues, contact support with the client, network and selected server.
One server is unavailable or the connection is slow.
Check the public status page and try another server. Measure with and without the VPN on the same network. Up to 2.5 Gbps is host capacity, not a guaranteed individual speed; route, load and your network affect the result.
Why does one website fail while others work?
Some destinations restrict VPN addresses. Check routing and try another server. If you choose direct routing for a particular app or website, its traffic will be outside the VPN tunnel.
The client disconnects when the screen locks.
Check the client’s current background-connection guidance and your device’s power settings. Update the client and contact Nimzo support with your device model and client version if it persists. Save access to your subscription before reinstalling a client.
Privacy and support
Is VPN traffic used for advertising analytics?
No. Nimzo does not store VPN traffic information for analytics or other purposes. Advertising campaign measurement concerns visits to the landing page and web app, separately from VPN traffic. See the privacy policy for account information and browser attribution.
Where do I get support?
Use the support section in @getnimzo_bot or app.getnimzo.app. For connection issues, include your device, client, network, server and the error. For payments, include the payment reference or receipt. Redact passwords, subscription links and full card details.
Where can I check server status?
The public server status page is status.getnimzo.app. If a server is unavailable, select another one and refresh your subscription.
Where are the referral conditions?
Check the referral section in your Nimzo account for current eligibility, reward and balance-use terms. Contact support if a qualifying referral has not appeared.
Need more help?
Send support your device, client, network and the issue. For payment questions, include a payment reference or receipt. Keep your subscription link private.
